HTML pages do not "run". HTML is a text markup system. They are
rendered by the browser, and I expect all browsers currently render
HTML just fine.

Firefox does drag and drop etc. Go to http://www.google.com/ig in
Firefox, sign in and customise the page.

 From my own project, we have developed web portal that currently open
on in IE. We would like to make them mozilla compatible but since will
involve lot of manual work (therefore resources, thereofre money..) it
is been shelved for now.
