Do they have telnet and web administration turned on from the WAN
port by default?!!
Don't know what policies the various vendors follow. In the DLink 502T
that I got from MTNL, on the WAN port, all services were turned ON in
the original firmware. In the second rev. their developers woke up and
turned the services OFF.
It is better to be safe than sorry - takes a few mins. longer in the
setup.
