:) We find a lot of people posting questions on the list in their
effort to help their friends with FOSS related software/OS. But what
they don't realise is, when they post their friends questions/issues,
they get the solutions and try it/implement it in their friends'
computers. The problem does get solved. But what's missing is, their
friends never get to know how the solution was arrived at, and all the
thought process that went into it.
