[Ilugc] Moin-Moin setup help..

I don't remember what exactly your error was, but you could try Options
+ExecCGI in the Directory directive for the directory. Something like this:
<Directory /foo/bar>
Options +ExecCGI
SetHandler cgi-script
</Directory>
