[Ilugc] Merit Certificate for the Students who made SFD demo stalls?

appreciating/awarding them will definitely be helpful.
Encourge them!

No doubt that they deserve merit certificate. ILUGC being an informal body, 
doesn't have structure for such things. In fossconf type of events we select 
best stall and award prizes.
