[Ilugc] Merit Certificate for the Students who made SFD demo stalls?

I feel that awarding a merit certificate for the students who made
demo stalls for SFD-09 will make more enthusiasm among students.It
will make more students to get interested in it.And the time spent
there also become more valuable and we can proudly hold and show it to
everyone.It ll definitely help to make more amount of budding luggies.
