I've been using Outlook for a long while. In the line of work I do, a
good lot of information is part of the mailbag. So much so that mailbag
size runs up to 1.5 - 2GB despite cleanup and archiving of all mails
older than 6 months to a different PST file.
Problems I face:
1. slow startup.
2. pretty slow mail search within Outlook. (thus I use google desktop
search for mails too)
3. crashes which lead to pst recovery the next time around.
4. hangs.
