Things that I'd like to get feedback on:

I've used many web based front ends and Zimbra. This is for desktop 
usage. I could used a Linux desktop with local services like Apache and 
use a web based email connecting to the local server. That is not what 
I'm intending. Front end looks nice. Neat work.

A tangential question - does mojo give you the capability to define and 
use windows under the browser? A while ago, I checked mojo and a few 
others and chose qooxdoo for AJAX work as it did give this facility. May 
be wrong or dated though.
