Umm.. there are others too. Have you tried linux asia? It had an
excellent set of speakers back in 2004, at Delhi. I don't know much
about the 2005 event that happened some months back, though.
Then - for network admin (and a lot of systems security / dns content
as well) I'd suggest SANOG - http://www.sanog.org .. the next SANOG
is during late jan 2006, in Bombay
