Is there a suitable OS for ?MID platform like maemo ?( http://maemo.org/ ;)
your question is a bit odd, since maemo *is* an OS.

So I guess it is more than OS.
Nokia is a speacial hardware based on TI OMAP ARM SoCs and also many
custom hardware features.
So questions is ........ is it possible to make it run on other
hardware also Meaning non-nokia Tablets pcs based on regular x86
cpus ?
Are there any other platforms like this ?
