IISc had a sunsite mirror, as well as some other distro mirrors - but
this is as of years back. sunsite.serc.iisc.ernet.in is still up and
running but with a rather old looking wu-ftpd 2.6.1(1), that was the
default for I think RH 6.2 - and for example "dir" gives me a 421
service not available error.
Doubt if the mirror is being maintained now - it it is not, it'd
probably be best to take it offline till the box is patched .. versions
upto 2.6.2 (the latest) have their fair share of security holes.
