Hi,
Greetings to all. This is my first post although I have been part of the
group for a few years now.
I am running gentoo (kde) on a thinkpad (t61p) and am not able to get any
output when connected to an LCD projector. I am able to get output on the
screen right until kdm starts after which the display switches to my laptop
display. I have tried the including twinview in my xorg.conf (I don't know
if that is the right thing to do) but it still did not work. I have attached
my xorg.conf.
One more question : How does one check or know if a key is working or not?.
I have thinkpad acpi built into the kernel but none of the function keys
combinations are working. I am suspecting that the fn key is dead or not
activated, so what can I do to solve this?
Some more info...
Kernel : 2.6.23-gentoo-r3
Graphics Card : Nvidia Quadro FX 570m
If you need more info just let me know.
Thanks,
Naresh
