Any idea what damage you are creating for people who are looking for
jobs/interested in moving to Yahoo etc? And I believe he is a senior
recruiter there in the HR team and works more on "Talent acquisition"
than criticising emails. If you want to get a job, apply. If you have
one (or) self-employed just press the "delete" button and move on.Don't chase 
away potential job posters with such mails and be a
hinderance to folks looking out to move on with new job / change.

  
I apologize if it came across that way.   Especially to the OP.

How was my observation a hindrance to job seekers ? I never cast any 
aspersions on the job, company, or the poster. I am sure they are some 
of the finest jobs available at the moment. I only commented on a 
specific job ad that I received in my inbox. Is it that bad ?

Again apologies to the OP. Folks looking for a job, please do not let my 
observations be a hindrance.
