[Ilugc] Installed Ubuntu Successfully

Is there anyway to copy those packages from my pc to them?
In synaptec, i choosed the option not to delete the files after downloading.
where will they be? ccan i use them for other systems?
may be apt-zip along with the ideas given by others in the thread should help...
