[Ilugc] Help need to resolve Internet issue

Do you ping a external site or ping internal machines?

I have ping external ip.

If you ping external site, activate only one net connection and check.
then, check with another connection.
so that you can find if the issue with the ISP.

I have activated both connection one by one and have checked both connection
but the issue is still remain.
