Subhojit,
The forum link you pointed has correct MTU. We always start with
1500. Then, if I still see the packets dropping, I will reduce it to set it
correctly.
In your case, I suggest you start with 1500 and reduce it,if you
still see packets dropping. For every change, router restart is mandatory.
