Based on my experience, syminet.com (aka. symonds.net) is really very
good. They offer wide range of services including enough webspace,
ssh, ftp, mysql, phpmyadmin, pop email accounts, squirrelmail, etc.
Not to mention the quality and support time around. They provide 24x7
support (not just in papers) which is not a common thing in any of
Indian based hosting providers. I've registered around 15 domains with
them in past couple of years and have no reason to look for an
alternative.
But I'm unsure if it will work within your budget. Given the amount of
domains you are going to host, i'm sure you may get a best deal from
them though. Good luck!
