Are there any "neatly packaged" platforms available in Linux which can

I'm surprised Zope has not been mentioned in this thread yet.
Zope is a platform that nails every one of the six requirements you speak
about and much more. IMO Zope is *the* killer python application and
the best app server I've encountered. More at zope.org.
