yes - 'FOSS platform' a keyword patented by RMS and Kerala government.
I don't see how that is relevant. That makes no sense anyway. I haven't
seen RMS advocate "FOSS" as a term. He prefers "Free Software". You
can't patent a "keyword" and such generic words cannot be trademarked
either.
