[Ilugc] Employee Agreement of a FOSS company

replies on the question that I raised on Employee - Employer
agreement. Others are deviations.
Hi !
I am not sure if Foss companies have different Employee - Employer
agreements. I am not able to see why the business model should affect
the basic Employer - Employee relation. I work with quite a few small
companies which work in true FOSS style ( again -according to me
where the product is fully open source and free and they make money by
support , subscriptions etc) and they are doing well and in high
spirits too !
They get their paychecks every fortnight ! Most of the guys I know are
"real power houses" and very passionate about their work and need no
extra incentives like non-foss companies !
