it would be unfair to blame linux for "new concepts" like package
manager, or symlinks, or X server. for a grandmother will be as
confused with those as Start Menu, Folder, or Run dialog or Control
Panel. not a hobbyist or someone passionate, but every1 who is first
introduced to a comp, with Windows, has to get used to it. it is just
that the terminology is different in linux, and had you started off
your comp life with Linux, you would have found shifting to Windows as
difficult. that's something we got to leave.
