so far the centre is only doing closed source work. And as with all
closed source work, duplication takes place all the time. That is why
we are working on releasing some of the work as open source. And also
on developing things in open source in the full glare of publicity as
this will help doing effective work and also avoid duplication
ps are you coming for the translation workshop?
