We have a separate file (tek.ilinit) that contains the load statements for
all the skill we want the users to have access to:
 
;    Load the single pin net check code.
;    Invoked with "spnchk".
;    No debug code.
(load "single_pin_net_check.il")
 
Then we source the file in the user's allegro.illinit file:
 
(errset (load "tek.ilinit"))
