[PCB_FORUM] bga .5mm pitch

Group: I'm using a .5 MM pitch BGA. The test socket recommends .012 mil pads 
for good socket contact. I figured 2.6 mil traces with 2.6 mil spacing in bga 
area. Anyone out there who has worked with BGA's with this pitch? Any Advice?
