I believe you can create a property template and apply it either
individually or as a group in part developer...

Hi group,
Does anybody know of an easy way to set a property to the same value in a
group of symbols. I have a bunch of symbols that need to have a property
assigned to the same value. It is actually a split connector with a bunch of
pins created as individual symbol that need to be assigned the same LOCATION
value. I cannot use a Global Property Change because there are several
connectors in my design.
