There is an option on the fanout command that should avoid this (it should
be the default but isn't)

fanout 1 (direction in  ) (location anywhere)   ((pin_type power)
(exclude_through_pins))

Hey, everyone! Hope your day is going great.
Now, I bring my board into Specctra and launch the router.
I come back into Allegro and the fool thing has added
pin escapes to the through hole comps.
Allegro 15.1 and a kinda late SR. Windows XP.
Anyone understand this?
