PalPilot S.C. Corporation, a dedicated PCB Service Bureau in providing our
customers with unsurpassed printed circuit board design and manufacturing
services located in Tustin, CA, is in immediate need of PCB Designers (Sr. &
Jr.), preferably Senior level.
Responsibilities will include: all aspects of pcb layout design , tradeoffs,
component placement and routing using PCB CAD Tools. Should posses the ability
to design for manufacturing, (DFM) design for assembly and design for test
printed circuit boards. Expertise in Cadence Allegro Tool is a must.
Duties:
-PCB Design Layout and related duties including travel to work at customer
site.
-Checking designs during design process prior sending data for customer review.
-Work closely with other design staff to develop and refine design process.
-Support design sales with design presentation and interfacing with customers.
-Interfacing with outside Vendors, PCB Fabrication Vendors and Assembly Vendors
Required:
* BS degree in a technical field or equivalent with at least 5 years of
experience designing printed circuit boards in Cadence Allegro CAE/CAD tools,
including schematic capture, board layout, circuit routing, and formal
documentation. Knowledgeable in Mentor PADS and Expedition is a plus.
* Extensive knowledge in design for manufacturing, assembly and test.
* Good written and verbal communication, documentation, problem solving,
multitasking, and computer skills.
* Good customer focus and interaction.
* Willing to be relocated.
