SQ in release 15.2 can simulate HSpice models using HSpice as an
integrated simulation engine. You get all the benefits of using the SQ
GUI/use model as well as your HSpice models. Of course this assumes you
have a valid HSpice license.

Just to set the record straight, SQ can simulate IBIS models and its own
DML macromodels using its embedded simulation engine. In the latest
15.5 release SQ was enhanced through the inclusion of a Spectre
simulation engine (UNIX & LINUX only) allowing you to consume Spectre
spice IO models.

Hi all,

Tool : Spectraquest 15.2

Question : Is it possible to simulate PCB with Hspice models?

If so which type of models it can accept (Hspice, Hspice net list,
etc.)?

Regards,
