Hello all,

I have tried this both ways and like others have said the best place to
teardrop is the Fab house.
If you choose to teardrop in the database I've found that you can't distingush
the allegro added teardrops from dangling lines in past versions. It also adds
multiple steps of glossing and unglossing when touching the database.

Hi,
In allegro 15p2,
Using 'Route'>'Gloss'>'fillet and delete fillet' easily you can add & delete
the teardrops selectively & globally for vias, Pins.

Hi,

I agree totally that the fab house are best placed for DFM actions
in the absence of an analysis tool like Valor Enterprise.

If one is faced with reworking teardrops in allegro simply delete clines
with the property
of 'fillet'. Then teardrop again prior to release.
