If you did NOT filter out the via and pins, you will be there a loooong
time. The holes in padstacks take an extremely long time to process in
Pro/E.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Cadence to Pro-E
Hi experts,,
I am pretty new to Pro-E, A simple and quick question, importing into
Pro-E using emn/emp file out from Cadence, does it normally take long ?
Say for a normal motherboard file ~1k components ? My clock is 1 hour+
and counting, just want to make sure worth waiting and not because the
program has crashed and hang there...
Thank you
CL
