[PCB_FORUM] Allegro - Capture Cross probing

I am using Ver 16.3 and just setup a new computer. I have transferred
my env file and all user preferences.
For some reason I can only cross probe from Allegro to Capture but not
back from Capture to Allegro.
Others can do both using the same board file and schematic.
I have removed all my preferences and just used the defaults and still
same result.
I have re-installed ver 16.3 and the latest ISR - same result
Anyone have this problem and was able to fix it?
