Hello all
Well first I'm sure this has been mentioned tons of times before but
messengers such as msn/aim/yahoo would be a nice feature but not esential I
guess. Also when it comes to games, front end support for text adventures
such as inform/tads instead of having to use the console. Speaking of that,
are tads games running slowly or is it just me? Something I think everyone
would enjoy though is full synchronization with outlook mailboxes, by that I
mean complete inbox/outbox messages/attachments etc. My outlook.pst file is
around 200mb and since the icon has the hard drive, it could hold complete
copies of mailboxes instead of just downloading headers like other PDA's do.
I would definitely use the icon as my main e-mail device if this were done.
Otherwise that's about it. As others have said, great product and with the
querty and hopefully the braille docking stations, the battery life will be
greatly improved although it's quite good now. Also the ethernet connection
probably improves web browsing speed greatly, any chance of 802.11G wi fi
support?
Regards
Jay

What are some directions you'd like to see this product move toward?
Have you got some specific ideas in mind?

I can tell you in the mediam range road, we all know and want the unit to
include GPS and cell phone capabilities, but we'd love to hear your (and
others) thoughts.
Also on the road map are better internet browser, many Bookshelf features,
seemless sinchronization of contacts and appointments (don't have to do
anything to make it happen,) math equation editor, more powerful word
processing, speed enhancements, spreadsheet, database, and with a USB
camera, scanning bar codes, reading text, and identifying colors and light,
but integration with some of the social networks are both educationally and
professionally valuable to many users, too.
