I called LevelStar and they had me turn on the mode where they could see what
my unit did, they stayed on the phone with me until it downloaded. I started
the update process and it begun when I had Michael on the phone. Sort of like
bringing a car into the shop for repairs. You drive it along, and you hear
things and then the mechanic does not!

I am reluctant to download the tutorials until the download server calms
down.
What is the work around for the download hanging?
