[ibis-macro] AMI Bird Restructuring

The IBIS ATM committee is preparing to make a recommendation to the IBIS
Open Forum to remove the .ami portions from the IBIS 5.0 specification into
a separate document. The enclosed documents contain a new introduction
section to this AMI specification, and six (6) documents corresponding to
the sections referenced in the introduction. There is one document
describing the change that needs to be made to the IBIS 5.0 doc. The six(6)
documents were created by cutting and pasting sections of the latest AMI
BIRD document. The final document contains what was left of the original
BIRD after all of the cut and paste.

Please review these documents. We will be requesting volunteers to take
ownership of these documents.
The IBIS-ATM Task group would appreciate any feedback from all of its
participants and observers on this email list about this change before
officially submitting the proposal to the IBIS Open Forum.
