[ian-reeds-games] items and health inflict mod

Hi,
I noticed that I have health inflict mods in passive skills that do not work
with damageing items.
Example is a throwing knife item I made which should be getting a dexterity
bonus. It does work with  skills.
Thought I would mention that.
