Have your fun, beat me up. I assume the HSA scanners are an RFID type, unless
someone tells me otherwise. If you are like me and just hold your wallet up to
the scanner, an RFID scanner can grab data off any card with an RFID chip not
just CC's but ID's also. More CC's are going away from the magnetic strip and
using the RFID chip on the card. Not a bad idea to have your CC's shielded.

Subject: [hsa] card readers What type of card readers are used at the club? The
reason I ask is that I recently got a new wallet that is RFID
shielded.http://www.stewartstand.com/collections/all-mens/products/driving-wallet-silver
I keep my HSA access card inside my wallet and Wednesday night, without
thinking, I just held up my wallet to the card reader at the door going
directly into the indoor range and got the beep and the green light. It just
dawned on me that maybe that was not supposed to happen. Best Regards,Steve
