Smoothwall is another open source firewall project that would meet your ppp
dialup support requirement. The configuration would be via a web interface
similar in fashion to m0n0wall.

Information on setting up a PPP device is said to be in the administrator
Guide.
I haven't used this product myself but did consider using it a couple of
times over the last few years.
