[hipl-users] address deletion and kernel crashes

If you experience weird crashes after deleting IPv6 addresses, you should
apply "patches/kernel/ipv6_addr_del.patch.2.6.14.4.slavov". It should be
available in upstream kernels, but so far we recommend using e.g. 2.6.13.1
because it has been most widely used by the developers. For the bug
