[openbeos] makehdimage, unbootable BeOS

Using makehdimage on a spare partition, my main BeOS installation is
affected somehow. It no longer boots. All icons light up and then
nothing more happens. I have to reformat the Haiku partition using
DriveSetup off the R5 CD, to be able to boot into BeOS again.
I think the BeOS bootloader gets confused by the presence of the Haiku
partition, but I haven't got a clue as to why.
