One hint: why don't you contact directly developers from other OS for some 
specific tasks or problems? I mean, little but very specific tasks, so there's 
a chance a real guru in that problem may pay attention to OBOS.
I think there is already a very good team, but, it's true, the project seems so 
enormous... Don't be afraid to ask help!
