The boot loader have been changed, the file system structure drastically 
changed, so this updater should take all the old files and delete them, and 
then create the new directory structure, put the files in the correct place 
and then update the boot loader.

I think was not planned to be able to update from A4.1 to PM.

When you say the file system structure drastically changed, do you mean BFS 
itself, or do you mean the directory tree of Haiku?

I assume A4.1 would be able to read and write to an installation of a current 
nightly build of Haiku?
