IIRC, this kind of things occurs when jam is executing a command that uses a
pipe to transport data from one subcommand to another.
Have you installed the new pipe-fs that comes with the subversion-package
from haiku's website? If you have the file
~/config/add-ons/kernel/file_systems/npipefs
should exist.
