I'd say to migrate the blog comments off first. The MySQL setup on
vmweb is a bit weird and I'd like to see us completely off of it
before we power down for the last time.

Nah. At this point I pretty much have to dump the sql and run it locally anyway to import the comments into a test site to prevent blowing up our existing discuss site. Really no reason to keep it around.

Also, the cronjob is indeed totally unused now, and all updates to the
API doc's happen as part of the website build. So you can remove that
Todo.

Good to hear! One less thing to worry about.

I plan on putting the haikuporter buildmaster server in its place.

Weren't we getting some other server for that?

I tried to get the Inc. to purchase some vm's a few months ago but was
told to use what we have with the dying baron. (and never got enough votes)

So yeah.  That makes everything a lot harder.
