Anyone see anything that needs added?

I'd say to migrate the blog comments off first. The MySQL setup on
vmweb is a bit weird and I'd like to see us completely off of it
before we power down for the last time.

Nah. At this point I pretty much have to dump the sql and run it
locally anyway to import the comments into a test site to prevent
blowing up our existing discuss site. Really no reason to keep it
around.

Also, the cronjob is indeed totally unused now, and all updates to the
API doc's happen as part of the website build. So you can remove that
Todo.

Good to hear! One less thing to worry about.

I plan on putting the haikuporter buildmaster server in its place.

Weren't we getting some other server for that?

I tried to get the Inc. to purchase some vm's a few months ago but was
told to use what we have with the dying baron. (and never got enough votes)

So yeah.  That makes everything a lot harder.

I've made one final backup of the database on the server and blanked the drupal
password hashes on vmweb.

mysql> UPDATE users set pass='CENSORED';
Query OK, 10466 rows affected (0.14 sec)
Rows matched: 10466  Changed: 10466  Warnings: 0

I'm going to pull a copy of the drupal database locally to practice
figuring out a way to import the old blog comments into discuss.
