Yes, there is definitely a problem with the router that's the peering point for our ISP's carrier into Hetzner's network. The support guys at Hetzner asked me to send them a 'mtr' run from both sides (client and server) and that clearly showed a problem with that specific router (the preceeding neighbour of the one that used to spew out the ICMP errors). > BTW, I wonder whether the problem is on Hetzner's side anyway. Right, I had some issues with other sites, too.
