I have a recipe to build it - I posted the x86 version at
https://gist.github.com/zhuowei/3de72dd45ddbee611e66 , and the x86_64 version
is based on this, but with different hardcoded paths. I'll submit it to
HaikuDepot once I get a chance to clean it up.
