[haiku-doc] Doxygen 1.5.2 available for BeOS

Hi guys,
Doxygen 1.5.2 is available for BeOS R5 and on now. The Bebits entry is
at http://www.bebits.com/app/2990. The Haikuware.com entry is at
http://www.haikuware.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=38&func=fileinfo&id=24.
Tomorrow I will update the Doxyfile to represent the latest options.
This move will require us to continue working in UTF8. Make sure your
editor is properly configured.
