[haiku-development] truncate command conflict

Hi,

I noticed that the truncate command on the release from Sep 12th is:
http://haiku.it.su.se:8180/source/xref/src/tests/system/libroot/posix/truncate.cpp
rather than the more functional/standard one from coreutils 7.4
