[haiku-development] boot splash safe mode hint

I find it likely that newcomers won't know about the
safe mode options or how to enter that menu.
Would it be possible to have the boot splash print a
message on not being able to boot? (Or always?)
Something like this (below the boot icons?):
"Haiku had problems booting. Reboot and press space
at the very start of the Haiku boot process to set
safe mode options."
