For alpha3 a CD is fine but for the beta we could have enough on the CD to
get up and running and get networking working and then have the installer
download the rest from the Internet. So you can have the slimmed down
version from the CD, and the fat version gets downloaded from the Internet.
Seems like an obvious solution to me.
